| Tulip Software Kenya limited is a partner with Sage North America We is currently looking to fill the position of Sales Executive / Business Development Manager for Sage accounting software solutions. The office is located in the Nairobi Kenya this will be a home based sales role, with travel to client sites etc.
Our Partners is an award winning company that specializes in the supply of accounting software including Sage brands. We provide a full range of IT services, hardware, infrastructure and software including document management, CRM solutions and business management software. We have a development team that can customize software to suit client’s needs, and technical installation teams to handle implementation.
We need a successful Sales Executive / Business Development Manager with proven ability selling accounting software solutions - Sage 50 us would be great - but they are also happy to look at other accounting software package sales such as Pastel QuickBooks , NetSuite, Pegasus Opera, SAP Business One, Dynamics GP, Dynamics NAV, or similar.
We are looking for a bright, target driven Sales Executive / Business Development Manager. You will need to be able to think on your feet, be self-motivated and well organized, with the ability to generate leads and appointments and successfully close deals. We will provide technical Sage Pre-Sales Consultants to go out on client site with you to demo the software, and you will have plenty of back up and lead generation from their busy marketing and tile-marketing teams.

• Drafting Proposals
• Maintaining and updating a database of existing and potential clients
• Developing sales proposals
• Identifying sales opportunities and setting up initial sales meetings
• Meeting clients and making presentations on software products
• Following through and closing sales
• Determining clients’ business requirements and advising them on appropriate software solutions
• Answering any technical questions about the products
• Writing sales reports
Computer skills must
• MS Office, EXCEL, WORD, POWERPOINT, OUTLOOK
