Bridges Organic Health Restaurant has been serving Nairobi with deliciously healthy organic meals and beverage since 2006.
Why do we serve organic food? Organic foods is said (and happily proven by customers) to be up to 50% more flavourful than food grown conventionally. Secondly, going organic greatly reduces the chances of falling sick from the numerous lifestyle diseases in our society today.
The restaurant is the dream project of a couple that were literally hungry for delicious healthier meals within Nairobi. The few choices in town were not affordable or using the most natural ingredients. With a passion for all things purely natural, healthy and delicous, Bridges Organic health Restaurant was founded.
No where else will you be served organic teas or coffees, an array of fresh organic vegetable juices, whole meal rice, organic white meats, snacks with a healthy twist and whole meal accompaniments to make the most delicious authentic Kenyan cuisine.
