Step 1 - Find Your Dream House
We are confident we’ll find your dream house. When we do, we’ll put together the purchase offer tailored for your needs including obtaining the title and payment options if any.
Step 2- Arrange a viewing date appointment with our agent and the property owner .
This give the buyer an opportunity to have a face to face encounter with the property of interest especially with serious buyers
Step 3 - Negotiate the Deal
It is not uncommon to receive a counter offer when the initial purchase offer is submitted. Don’t let this discourage you. We will discuss the counter offer and decide whether or not to accept the counter offer, submit our own counter offer, or reject the counter offer and move on.
Market conditions will play a role in how aggressively we negotiate the deal. We will also work within your limits. Emotions can lead to buyer’s remorse. It is better to set limits prior to negotiating an offer and stick to these limits.
Step 4 – Get ready for Payment
During the closing period, you will be working with us to help you make the payment arrangement including securing a lawyer’s service. If you are borrowing a loan, then we will gather the necessary information your lender will need to complete the process.
Step 5 - Close the Deal
We will provide you with a good faith estimate of the closing costs in reasonable time to allow you to plan. This is usually based on the price of the property you are purchasing. We will also answer any questions you may have on the closing.
Step 6 - Move In
Congratulations! It’s time to move into your new house and make it your home. Enjoy this exciting time. We’ll give you a checklist to help you remember the numerous details that will make your moving day a pleasure.
