Offices - well-established infrastructure
Vintage Africa has offices in Nairobi, Arusha, Mombasa and Johannesburg and representative offices throughout Africa. This ensures a seamless service. We also own and maintain our own vehicles and train our own guides to ensure a better safari for you. Our excellent customer ratings speak for themselves.
Ground Services
Our outstanding Ground Service is a product of dedicated staff and intensive training. We will ensure that all our clients are:
• Personally met by our representatives at the airport on arrival and accompanied to the city hotels and domestic airports for transfers.
• Checked-in at the city hotels and airport
• Provided with 24-hour emergency, mobile or pager numbers of duty officers
• Briefed properly about their journeys
• Provided with a detailed day to day itinerary of their journey and other relevant information.

Transport
Travelling with Vintage Africa is made as comfortable as possible. We own modern 4x4 vehicles and mini buses with viewing hatches, radio communications and a mobile wildlife library. Quite often we find that clients prefer the speed and convenience of light aircraft. We can organise both scheduled and charter flights to almost all of our destinations. However, our transport is by no means restricted to the modern-day machines. Our walking safaris can take you to the wildest spots on earth, as can our horse, camel and elephant-back safaris. Without them our fleet would not be complete.
Our Guides
We employ skilled, multilingual driver guides and specialist guides who have attended tourism, wildlife, bird and culture courses on a regular basis and achieved bronze and silver levels (the highest offical rating for a guide in East Africa). With an average of 20 years experience per guide, our driver guides know their flora, fauna and cultures extremely well. They are dedicated professionals who are passionate about what they do. Our average guide rating is 9.8 out of 10.
