 | E-Tendering
This is basically designed to offer our clients with the acquisition of standardised goods, works, and services that are of high value and low value. Unlike the traditional tendering process, e-tendering allows for online registering of buyers and suppliers, submitting of tenders, opening of the bids, online evaluation and finally publication of the outcome. Procurement officers and Tender Committees will now have an easier time going through many tenders within the organisation.
E-RFx
This allows for both suppliers and buyers to adapt online ability to manage request for information / proposals or quotations. Our customers will receive all the information they need electronically, allowing electronic evaluation to capture all relevant information from suppliers and electric feedback to suppliers on their queries and acknowledgement of their submission via electronic communication. Suppliers can download and upload documents electronically and be evaluated online (evaluation criteria will be made known and weightings of the issues important to the buyer).
E-Auctions
There are two options available:
Reverse Auction – The buyer wants to purchase items, services or works from the supplier. Here price is the determining factor for awarding a bid. The bidding price goes down and the buyer award contract to the supplier who bid the lowest price depending upon the buyer's specific needs with regards to quality, lead-time, capacity or other value-adding capabilities.
Forward Auction - In a forward auction, the buyer can sell items, services or works to the supplier. Here start price refers to the lowest price and the bidders have to bid the price up. Top rank for the bid is with the highest price. The buyer can award contract to the supplier who bid higher price depending upon the buyer's specific needs with regards to quality, lead-time, capacity or other value-adding capabilities.
Tender notification services (E-notifications)
This offers clients with electronic tender notifications. The rich database will offer international and local tender notices that allow suppliers to select their preferred tenders or projects and receive feedback information on contract awards. Tenderzville portal will obtain information from the buying organisations, who will post their tenders on our website to manage security and authority of the tenders. Tender notices will be updated continuously to ensure that suppliers can browse for a vast classification of tenders available. This is also inclusive of matching services that our application offers. In that, all catalogued suppliers, can obtain messages telling them of matches of available tenders they can bid for and contracts awarded and at what price.
